Hello all! Thanks for visiting the personal training portion of my website and taking your first step into putting health into your own hands. I am excited to be your personal trainer, to inspire and be inspired by all your amazingness.

I believe that exercise is one of the best things we can do for our mind, body, and spirit. It is a great way to quiet the mind and relieve stress, bring about more body awareness, and help fight against heart disease, diabetes and other unwanted maladies. No matter what your shape, size, or physical ability, I am dedicated to help you reach your goals, encouraging you every step of the way to honor your body for all it can do, and visualizing and accomplishing all that you thought it couldn’t do. I want you to be able to feel and see the pay off from dedication, commitment and hard work, and see the twinkle in your eyes when you’ve accomplished the unthinkable.

What To Expect

NASM CertifiedOur workouts will be fun, creative, functional and never boring. I will use TRX, kettle balls, bands, free weights, medicine balls, a track, yoga mat or I might even pull out the boxing gloves and punching pads. We will begin with an initial intake to find out about your previous exercise experience, current goals, and any injured or weak areas that need to be addressed. From there I will tailor a program consisting of core and balance work, strength training, and aerobic conditioning that will be specific to you and your goals. Every individual is different in the ways they are able to move and I want to help you find what’s right for you.
