Santi provides a mindful approach to a Vinyassa flow class, based in Ashtanga roots with an emphasis in breath awareness and pranayama. Classes range from beginning to intermediate offering variations to any pose to accommodate any level and practice.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga an ancient science brought to the U.S. by Yogi Bhajan has the the potential to heal and uplift anyones life. It stimulates the glands, nerves and organ systems for greater health, vitality and peace of mind. Each class incorporates exercise kriyas, deep relaxation and a meditation which can include breath work, chanting or silence.

Private Yoga Session

santi meditate beachAs a certified yoga practitioner and teacher, I offer private sessions to guide you into confidence and greater comfort in your body. Starting with a postural assessment, I will design a session specific to you. Our focus will be on lengthening muscles that have been contracted and shortened for years, while strengthening the muscles that have been underused and fatigued. Within a 90 minute session I will add specific pranayama, (breathing techniques), and meditation exercises for the purpose of relieving stress and anxiety.
